CIRCULAR LETTER OF THE REVOLUTIONARY COMMITTEE OF THE KYRGYZ AUTONOMOUS REGION TO ALL STATE INSTITUTIONS AND ENTERPRISES OF THE REGION ON THE SUBMISSION OF PRINTING ORDERS TO THE STATE PUBLISHING HOUSE
Pishpek February 2, 1925

The State Publishing House of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region has been established in Pishpek, equipped with a fully operational printing press.

Therefore, the Regional Revolutionary Committee suggests that all state and public institutions, organizations, and enterprises of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region address all printing orders exclusively to Pishpek, to the State Publishing House.

REPORT FROM THE NEWSPAPER "BATRACKAYA PRAVDA" ON THE ARRIVAL OF MEMBERS OF THE COOPERATIVE "INTERGELPO" IN THE CITY OF PISHPEK
Pishpek May 5, 1925

On April 24, the labor cooperative "Intergelpo" arrived at the Pishpek station from Czechoslovakia: 14 wagons with various machines and 13 with people. In total, including women and children, 303 people arrived.

The cooperative brought a dynamo machine, an oil motor engine, a tractor, a locomobile, a truck, as well as various agricultural machines: a hay mower, a chaff cutter, a grain grinder, a flour mill, a thresher, seeders, plows, and more.

With the convoy, machines necessary for equipping brick, tile, sawmill, leather, and cheese factories arrived. In addition, fully equipped advanced workshops were brought: locksmith, carpentry, turning, wheel, shoemaking, sewing, and others.

The cooperative has a library with 800 volumes in different languages.

On the day of the cooperative's arrival at the Pishpek station, a rally was held with the participation of Czechoslovaks and railway workers, where the Czechoslovaks shared their impressions and spoke about the difficult and powerless situation of workers abroad. The rally concluded with speeches from Komsomol members and pioneers.

The cooperative is temporarily located in camps. First of all, the "Intergelpo" cooperative intends to begin equipping the brick factory to be able to build workshops and living quarters in the shortest possible time.

RESOLUTION OF THE ALL-RUSSIAN CENTRAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE "ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION OF THE AUTONOMOUS KYRGYZ REGION"
Moscow June 6, 1925

The Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee resolves:

To approve the division of the autonomous Kyrgyz region into the following four districts:

1. Pishpek District with its center in the city of Pishpek.
2. Osh District with its center in the city of Osh.
3. Jalal-Abad District with its center in the city of Jalal-Abad.
4. Karakol District with its center in the city of Karakol (Przhevalsk).

Heard: On the organization of a museum in the city of Pishpek in the house of M.V. Frunze and the necessity of reserving premises for this museum (Comrades Karimov and Vorobyov).

Resolved: 1. Principally agree with the organization of the museum in the house of M.V. Frunze.

To propose to Oblono and Oblmesthoz to practically carry out the organization of the museum, presenting their considerations to the Presidium of the Oblispolkom on this matter.
