
FROM THE PROTOCOL OF THE MEETING AT THE NARKOMPROMTORG OF THE KYRGYZ ASSR ON THE COMMISSIONING OF THE LEATHER FACTORY IN FRUNZE
Frunze, April 8, 1929
Heard: On the commissioning of the leather factory named after Zelensky in Frunze. Resolved:
1. The deadline for the factory launch is set for April 10.
2. To appoint a commission for the acceptance of the factory into operation, chaired by the head of the industrial section of the State Planning Committee of the Kyrgyz ASSR, Comrade Svirsky...
The commission is to start work on April 8 of this year, complete the work, and submit the acceptance act by April 10 of this year.
3. Establish the production program for the period from April 10 to October 1, 1929, at a processing capacity of 25,000 hides.
4. Take note of the statement from the technician of the leather factory, Comrade Levashov, that the factory will process 5,000 hides per month.

12. On the use of the Oak Garden (Chistyakov). It is proposed that the faction of the City Council present the entire garden for cultural needs, such as the organization of various sports grounds, the establishment of a reading room in the recreation garden, and under no circumstances allowing the rental of the space to private individuals except for the Central Republican Committee and public organizations.
