Resolved:
1. To create a City Construction Trust under the City Council named "Frunzestroy".
2. To approve Comrade Sinitsyn I.E. as the manager of "Frunzestroy", a member of the VKP (b) since 1919, party ticket No. 1347064.
3. To consider it necessary to transfer the construction of city roads in 1937 to "Frunzestroy".
4. To instruct the party group of the City Council to formalize this decision in the Soviet manner.

RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE KYRGYZ TELEGRAPH
AGENCY"
Frunze, January 28, 1937
Resolved:
1. To organize a telegraph agency (KIRTAG) in Frunze under the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR.
2. To approve Comrade Morozov M.V. as the deputy responsible leader of KIRTAG, assigning him the temporary execution of the duties of the responsible leader.
3. To agree with the proposed staff of the Agency of 15 people (attached) and the correspondent network across the republic of 20 people (of which 8 are exempted).
4. To allocate 15 thousand rubles from the funds of the SNK for the organizational expenses of the agency.
5. To approve the income and expenditure estimate of the agency for 1937 in the amount of 295.3 thousand rubles, with an allocation from the state budget of the Kyrgyz SSR of 100 thousand rubles.
6. To suggest to the People's Commissar of Finance Comrade Uvarov, when determining the amounts of subsidies for the newspapers of the republic, to provide for their expenditure on the payment for republican information from KIRTAG.
