RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE KIRGHIZ SSR "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF A PHARMACEUTICAL MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE PEOPLE'S COMMISSARIAT OF HEALTH OF THE KIRGHIZ SSR"

Resolved:
1. In connection with the allocation from the Main Pharmaceutical Management of the People's Commissariat of Health of the RSFSR of the Kirghiz branch, to organize an independent Kirghiz Pharmaceutical Management within the People's Commissariat of Health of the Kirghiz SSR, based on the assets transferred by the Main Pharmaceutical Management of the People's Commissariat of Health of the RSFSR of the Kirghiz branch.
2. To propose to the People's Commissariat of Health of the Kirghiz SSR to develop the charter of the Pharmaceutical Management. The approval of the charter is entrusted to the People's Commissar of Health.
3. To determine the charter capital for the Kirghiz Pharmaceutical Management in the amount of the capital belonging to the Main Pharmaceutical Management of the People's Commissariat of Health of the RSFSR according to the final balance of the Kirghiz branch as of January 1, 1937, i.e., in the amount of 2,278.2 thousand rubles.
