RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF A PUPPET THEATER IN FRUNZE"

The Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR resolves:
1. To organize a Puppet Theater in the city of Frunze in 1939 in the Russian language.
2. To take note that for the year 1939, a subsidy for the puppet theater in the amount of 57,500 rubles has been approved in the local budget.
3. To propose to the Department of Arts under the Council of People's Commissars to consider the organization of a puppet theater in the Kyrgyz language.
