
FROM THE DECREE OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE WOMEN'S PEDAGOGICAL COLLEGE IN FRUNZE"
Frunze, December 15, 1944.
In order to prepare qualified teaching staff for Kyrgyz schools from Kyrgyz girls, the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR decrees:
1. To mandate the People's Commissariat of Education of the Kyrgyz SSR (Comrade Ryskulbekova) to organize a women's pedagogical college for Kyrgyz girls and other local nationalities in Frunze starting January 1, 1945, for 100 students, with subsequent annual admissions of 100 students, with full boarding provided at the expense of the republican budget.
2. To request the Council of Ministers of the USSR to allow the admission of students to the women's pedagogical college with full funding from the State budget of the Kyrgyz SSR.
3. To mandate the People's Commissariat of Finance of the Kyrgyz SSR (Comrade Jarkymbaeva) to allocate the necessary funds in the 1945 budget for the maintenance of the women's pedagogical college...
