RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR AND THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY (BOLSHEVIKS) OF KYRGYZSTAN ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE CITY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE IN THE CITY OF FRUNZE
Frunze, July 4, 1946
In connection with the significant population growth, institutions, and production enterprises in the capital of the republic, the city of Frunze, and in order to ensure more effective prosecution oversight over the proper implementation of socialist legality, the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR and the bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kyrgyzstan decide:
1. To request the Council of Ministers of the USSR and the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) to allow the Attorney General of the USSR to organize a city prosecutor's office in the capital of the Kyrgyz SSR, the city of Frunze, subordinate to the prosecutor's office of the Kyrgyz Republic; with a staff of ten people (Staff attached).
2. To obligate the executive committee of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies to allocate an appropriate premises for the city prosecutor's office.

DECISION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE FRUNZE CITY COUNCIL OF WORKERS' DEPUTIES ON THE ORGANIZATION OF A CITY CHILDREN'S CINEMA
Frunze, August 21, 1946
The executive committee of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies decided:
1. In connection with the fact that there is no city children's cinema in Frunze, to lease the club premises of the House of Dehkanin to the Regional Administration for the organization of a children's cinema there on general terms.
2. To obligate the director of the House of Dehkanin, Comrade Kondrashov, to formalize a contract with the Regional Administration of Cinematography for the transfer of the club premises for lease by August 25, 1946, on the condition that major repairs of the premises will be carried out at the expense of the Regional Administration of Cinematography.
