ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF LOCAL INDUSTRY OF THE KYRGYZ SSR ON THE PARTIAL COMMISSIONING OF THE UNDER-CONSTRUCTION REPUBLICAN SUBORDINATE REPAIR AND MECHANICAL PLANT

§ 1
In order to increase the production of consumer goods in accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR No. 1160 dated December 10, 1946, to partially commission the construction of the republican subordinate repair and mechanical plant starting from September 15-10, 1947.
§2
From September 1, 1947, to appoint Comrade Snapkov Timofey Mikhailovich as the director of the repair and mechanical plant with a salary according to the budget and with the right of first signature, and Comrade Lovcheva Tatyana Vladimirovna as the chief accountant with a salary according to the budget and with the right of second signature on all monetary and banking documents.
§3
To obligate the director of the repair and mechanical plant, Comrade Snapkov, to carry out state registration for the partial commissioning of the specified plant at the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz SSR and to open a settlement account at the Frunze branch of the State Bank within 4 days.
To establish a statutory fund for the partial launch of the repair and mechanical plant in the amount of 548,603.84 kopecks, including own working capital of 100,000 rubles.
The central accounting department of the ministry is to ensure the transfer from the republican budget of the working capital increase provided for in the financial plan in the amount of 100,000 rubles to the newly opened settlement account of the repair and mechanical plant.
