RESOLUTION OF THE BUREAU OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY (BOLSHEVIKS) OF KYRGYZSTAN "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE KYRGYZ STATE WOMEN'S PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE"

The Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kyrgyzstan resolves: To request the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks):
1. To allow the organization, starting from September 1952, in the city of Frunze, of the Kyrgyz State Women's Pedagogical Institute based on the Kyrgyz Women's Teacher Training Institute, consisting of the following faculties: historical, philological, physical-mathematical, geographical, and biological, with an annual admission of 100 students to the 1st year, fully funded by the state.
2. To enroll students of the 4th year of the Women's Teacher Training Institute into the corresponding faculties and courses of the newly organized Kyrgyz State Women's Pedagogical Institute starting from September 1, 1952.
To graduate the 5th-year students according to the curriculum of the teacher training institute. To provide education for 2nd and 3rd-year students at the level of secondary school in special groups at the women's pedagogical institute, with subsequent admission to the 1st year of the institute.
3. To classify the Kyrgyz State Women's Pedagogical Institute as a higher educational institution of the II category.
4. To obligate the State Staffing Commission under the Council of Ministers of the USSR to approve the staffing of the Kyrgyz Women's Pedagogical Institute in accordance with the II category of higher educational institutions.
