
FROM THE ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE OF THE USSR ON THE OPENING OF THE TECHNICAL FACULTY AT KYRGYZ STATE UNIVERSITY
Moscow, July 18, 1953
In order to provide the industry of the Kyrgyz SSR with specialists with higher technical education, I order:
1. To organize within the Kyrgyz State University named after M.V. Frunze a technical faculty with the following specialties: a) development of mineral deposits;
b) electrification of industrial enterprises;
c) industrial and civil construction;
d) technology of food production.
2. To establish for the year 1953 an admission plan for the technical faculty of Kyrgyz State University in the amount of 100 people.
