In the village of Жаңы-Тилек, located in the Kara-Bürgön Ak-Talinsky district of the Naryn region, a major renovation of the building housing the "Nur-al" kindergarten, the village head's office, the G. Shakirov library, and the K. Ryskulov club is required. The total cost of the work amounts to 6,025,925 soms. The leadership of the Kara-Bürgön rural administration has already submitted an application for funding through shared (incentive) grants.
