SPICY SALAD
Spicy salad is a wonderful appetizer that stimulates the appetite. It can be enjoyed as a snack, complemented with bread. It offers a variety of flavors. This salad is quite easy to prepare, making it accessible even for a hostess without culinary experience.
Ingredients:
lamb (ham, loin) or beef (thick, thin flank, upper, inner part) - 40g,
vinegar (3%) - 5g,
onion - 10g,
vegetable oil - 3g,
radish - 70g,
jussai or green onion - 10g,
Salad Dressing:
vegetable oil - 8g,
vinegar (3%) - 8g,
sugar - 0.6g,
black pepper (ground) - 0.03g,
salt - 0.3g,
herbs (parsley, dill) - 2g.
The meat of lamb or beef is cut into small slices, sprinkled with a mixture of vinegar and pepper, combined with chopped onion, and marinated for 1.5-2 hours. It is then fried in vegetable oil and cooled. The radish is cut into sticks of 0.7x1 cm, mixed with the cooled meat and jussai, and dressed with the salad dressing. When serving, it is piled in a salad bowl and topped with finely chopped herbs.
