Note: Potatoes and carrots are given in the "net" column in boiled form.
Boiled liver or stomach (50%), potatoes, carrots, prepared cucumbers are cut into 0.5 cm cubes and dressed with sauce-mayonnaise (50%), piled into baskets, drizzled with the remaining mayonnaise, decorated with liver or stomach sliced into pieces, sprinkled with grated egg, and garnished with a sprig of greens. When serving, place 2 baskets with salad (1 serving) on a snack plate covered with a napkin.
