BIRNAZAROV KoyonalyArchitect. Born in 1945 in the Kalinin collective farm in the Naryn region of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1969, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute. After completing his studies, he began his professional career at the State Design Institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy".
In 1972, he moved to the "FrunzeGorProject" Institute.
From June 1976 to 1979, he worked at the design institute "TsNIIPromstroy" as a group leader.
In 1979, he was sent on a business trip to the Mongolian People's Republic to the Institute of Agricultural Design.
After returning in 1983, he worked as a group leader at the "TsNIIPromstroy" Institute.
During his foreign business trip, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Committee for Construction and Architecture of the MPR and a Certificate of Honor from the Institute of Agricultural Design of the MPR.
K. Birnazaro participated in the development of interiors and individual fragments, under the guidance of architect A. Albanian, of the Russian Drama Theater named after N. K. Krupskaya, and provided significant assistance to architects A. Isaev and Y. Ishenov in creating one of the most interesting buildings in the capital — the Frunze Main Post Office. Collaborative work with experienced architects of the older generation influenced the formation of this architect's creative positions. Many projects by K. Birnazaro were completed independently and represent significant architectural value.

1982. Underground pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and Dzerzhinsky Boulevard in the city of Frunze;
1983. Labor and rest camp for high school students in the village of Kyrgyzstan (as part of a team);
1985. Food production plant with a cafeteria for 200 seats in Ulaanbaatar, MPR; Cafeteria for 350 seats in the city of Kyzylorda, Kazakh SSR (as part of a team); Rural club for 400 seats, standard (as part of a team).
