BRAGINSKAYA Elena Alexandrovna
Architect. Born in 1953 in the city of Frunze.
In 1975, she graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
She began her creative activity in 1975 at the State Design Institute "Kyrgyzgiprostroy,"
From 1979, she worked at the institute "FrunzeGorProject," and from 1984 to 1985 at the State Construction Committee of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Since 1985, she has been the head of the architectural group at the institute "Kyrgyzagropromkolkhozproject." The most substantial and interesting part of E. A. Braginskaya's work is her participation in the development of master plans and detailed planning projects for resorts and resort areas.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1978.
MAIN PROJECTS
1975. Master plan for the general resort center of the western part of the "Bosteri" resort on Lake Issyk-Kul (as part of a team);
1976. Detailed planning project for the western part of the "Bosteri" resort on Lake Issyk-Kul (as part of a team);
1977. Master plan and detailed planning project for the "Dolinka" resort on Lake Issyk-Kul (as part of a team);
1978. Detailed planning project for the residential settlement-resort "Bosteri" on Lake Issyk-Kul;
1979. Multistage decorative fountain at the "Industry" pavilion at the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR;
1980. Improvement of the area adjacent to the main pavilion of the VDNH of the Kyrgyz SSR (as part of a team).
COMPETITION WORKS
1975. Republican competition. Building of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan (as part of a team, I round III prize);
