Born in 1950 in the city of Frunze.
In 1976, he graduated from the architectural faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
Since 1976, he worked at the "Kyrgyzpromproject" institute, and since 1978 — at the "Frunzegeoproject" institute, and from 1981 he was the head of the architectural group at the "Kyrgyzkommunproject" institute.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1982.
