Applied artist. Born on October 12, 1935, in the city of Tokmok, Kyrgyz SSR. In 1960, he graduated from the Moscow Art Industrial College named after Kalinin, specializing in textile design and carpet weaving, and in 1966 - from the Moscow Textile Institute, technological faculty. He worked as an artist at the Alamedin Knitting and Weaving Factory (1960-1963), as a teacher at the Frunze Art College (1964-1969), and as the chief artist of the folk arts and crafts association "Kiyal" (1969-1974).

Since 1964, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

Utilizing the rich decorative and applied heritage of the Kyrgyz people, he created unique works - modern embroidered tush-kiyizes, carpets, panels made of chiy, tapestries, and relief felt works.

Participant in republican and international exhibitions. His works are held in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev, in museums of the CIS, and in private collections abroad.
