Akpynar Meer

Graphic artist, painter. Born on September 2, 1972, in the city of Frunze. In 1991, she graduated from the Bishkek College of Folk Art Crafts "Murasker," and in 1995, she completed the art and graphic faculty at the Kyrgyz State Institute (city of Karakol).

Since 2007, she has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in national and international exhibitions.
