Painter. Born on November 12, 1942, in the village of Alay-Kuu, Soviet District, Osh Region. In 1967, he graduated from the Frunze Art College, specializing in decoration.

Since 1970, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR and the chief artist of the Art Fund of Kyrgyzstan. He primarily worked as a genre painter. The themes of his works are diverse. He celebrated the beauty of traditional Kyrgyz life and developed revolutionary themes. In the late 1970s, the artist created a series of paintings on the theme of modern construction and a cycle of portraits of agricultural leaders. He participated in republican, all-Union, and international exhibitions. His works are housed in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gaitiev, as well as in the State Tretyakov Gallery and museums of the CIS.

He was awarded the Silver Medal of the VDNH of the USSR and a Certificate of Honor from the Central Committee of the Komsomol of the Kyrgyz SSR.
