Painter, graphic artist. Born on June 28, 1962, in the city of Tokmok. In 1982, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Art College named after S. Chuykov. From 1982 to 1983, he studied at the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute in the Faculty of Art and Graphics.

From 1985 to 1993, he worked in the creative association "Etude." From 2001 to 2004, he studied calligraphy and graphics in South Korea. In 2005, he held a solo exhibition titled "From the Land of Morning Freshness" at the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gaitiev and at the "Artists' Town" (Bishkek). In 2006, he was the set designer for the studio "Bitam," and in 2007, he worked as a graphic artist for the design studio "Temir Kanat."

Since 2005, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Participant in national and international exhibitions and biennales (Novosibirsk, Bangladesh). Works by Bazharbaev are held in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gaitiev, as well as in private collections abroad.
