
Bekov Kadyr Jalilovich
Painter, monumental artist. Born on January 18, 1956, in the city of Jalal-Abad. In 1974, he graduated from the Frunze Art School. Since 1976, he has been an artist at the Jalal-Abad Art Fund. In 1985, he graduated from the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov, faculty of monumental painting, and since 1985, he has been a monumental artist at the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Since 1989, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
Thematic compositions, portraits, and still lifes by the artist are filled with freshness, lightness, a certain incompleteness, and attractiveness. He has participated in republican, all-union, and international exhibitions.
His works are held in the collection of the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev, in museums of the CIS, and in private collections abroad.
