Graphic artist. Honorary Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic. Born on October 2, 1949, in the village of Kara-Suu, Jangi-Jol District, Osh Region. In 1969, he graduated from the Frunze Art College, and then in 1980 from the I.E. Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture (Leningrad). Since 1980, he has been a lecturer at the Kyrgyz State Art College named after S.A. Chuykov, and since 2005, a senior lecturer at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin. Since 1980, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

The artist's work is characterized by a desire for broadly generalized, poetic images and a pronounced attention to national traits in the contemporary life of Kyrgyz people. He works in easel and book graphics. He is a participant in republican and international exhibitions and symposiums.

His works are held in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev, as well as in museums of the CIS and private collections.
