
Bolokova Almagul Zhaksylikovna
Applied artist. Born on February 4, 1957, in the village of Oi-Tal, Issyk-Kul region. In 1987, she graduated from the Kyrgyz State Art College named after S.A. Chuykov, specializing in "Artistic Weaving".
From 1979 to 1985 - designer at laundry factory No. 11 (Moscow), from 1987 to 1994 - designer at the Art Fund (Karakol), from 1994 to 1995 - master at vocational technical school No. 92 named after S. Chokmorov.
Since 1997 - member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The artist's tapestries represent conditionally graphic plots on themes of nature: seasons, mountains, leaves, trees, etc.
Participant in republican and international exhibitions. Works are located in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gaitiev, in private collections in foreign countries.
