
Botokanov Alymkul Turpanovich
Painter. Born on March 10, 1942, in the village of Sary-Bulak, Naryn region. In 1962, he graduated from the Frunze Art Technical School. He worked as a drawing teacher in rural schools.
Since 1999, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Participant in republican and international exhibitions and competitions. In 2005, he held a personal exhibition at the G. Aitiev Kyrgyz State Museum of Fine Arts. The artist's works are held in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev and in private collections abroad.
His works are attractive due to their sincerity, the subtlety of the author's emotional experiences, and his reflections on life. They are created based on observational studies.
