Viktorov Alexander Alexandrovich
Painter. Born in 1950 in the city of Frunze. Graduated from the Frunze Art School in 1970. Since 1975, he has worked at the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in republican exhibitions.
