Gerasimov Vladimir Alexandrovich
Painter. Project designer. Born on April 7, 1947, in the village of Urjar, Ayagoz district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1970, he graduated from the decorative design department of Frunze Art College.
Since 1976 - a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
In easel painting, he worked in the genres of landscape, portrait, and narrative-themed painting. The main theme of his works is rural and urban life. Participant in republican, all-union, and international exhibitions.
Awarded a silver medal in Prague.
His works are held in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev.
