
Zhaylobaev Talam Karagulovich
Painter. Born on June 10, 1950, in the village of Konur-Olon, Ton District, Issyk-Kul Region.
In 1973, he graduated from the Frunze Art School. From 1973 to 1977, he worked in the Art Workshops of the city of Przhevalsk. Since 1977, he has been with the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since 1992, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic and a participant in republican exhibitions.
