Jewelry artist. Born on August 28, 1951, in the village of Chaldovar, Panfilov District. In 1977, he graduated from the Krasnoselskoe School of Artistic Metal Processing in Krasnoe, Kostroma Region.

From 1968 to 1970, he worked as a laborer at the Chaldovar Garment Factory, and since 1972, he has been an instructor at the Association of Folk Arts and Crafts "Kiyal." After graduating from the Krasnoselskoe School, he worked as an artist at the Krasnoselsky Order of the Badge of Honor Jewelry Factory.

Alexander and Lyubov Zhemchugov are concerned with issues of national identity and the formation of new artistic solutions, as well as the possibilities of using various decorative techniques.

Since 1980, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Participant in republican and international exhibitions.

The best works of the artist are kept in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev and in private collections.
