Film artist. Born on September 12, 1937, in the village of Oktyabrskoye, Moscow District. In 1960, he graduated from the Frunze Art College and in 1967 - from the Faculty of Arts of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography. Since 1967, he worked as a production designer at the "Kyrgyzfilm" studio. Since 1973, he has been a member of the Union of Cinematographers of the Kyrgyz SSR and since 1974, a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

As a production designer, K. Jusupov worked on feature films: "Maternal Field," "Kanybek," "Field of Aysuluu." As a costume designer, he worked on the film "Urkuya" ("Bow to the Fire"),

Jusupov also worked in easel painting, turning to the genre of portraiture, mainly depicting his colleagues in the arts.
He participated in republican exhibitions. His best works are housed in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev.
