Zubakhin Fyodor Ilyich

Poster artist. Honored Worker of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic. Born on February 2, 1922, in the village of Bolshoye Ponyushevo in Altai. In 1953, he graduated from the Frunze Art College and in 1959 - from the graphic faculty of the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov.

He works in easel graphics and in the field of monumental and decorative art.

Since 1960, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

Awarded medals for "Combat Merits," "For the Liberation of Warsaw," "For the Capture of Berlin," "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945," "25 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945," and "30 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945."

Participant in republican and all-Union exhibitions. The best works of the artist are housed in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev, as well as in museums of the CIS countries.
