Monumentalist, painter. People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic, laureate of the Toktogul Prize, holder of the Order of "Manas" III degree. Born on July 18, 1946, in the village of Sary-Bulak, Kalinin District, Chui Region.

In 1966, he graduated from the Frunze Art College and in 1974 from the V.I. Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute. Since 1974, he has been teaching at the Frunze Art College. From 1977 to 1980, he was a graduate student at the Creative Workshop of Painting at the Academy of Arts of the USSR. Since 1980, he has been a lecturer at the S.A. Chuykov Kyrgyz State Art College.

More than 30 years of fruitful creativity, constant searches for themes, plots, and heroes. Kadraliev has created a vast number of easel works filled with the artist's philosophical reflections on life, nature, and the enduring values of human existence. He is the author of the books "Art Education" for grades 1-5, as well as co-author of the book "The Mission of National Culture and Impulses of Modern Architecture, the Influence of the Image of Cosmological Space on Ethnoarchitecture." Kadraliev is also known as a composer, the author of popular musical works.

Since 1983, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in republican, all-union, and international exhibitions.

His best works are housed in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev; in museums of the CIS and in collections of museums in near and far abroad.
