Kasabolotova Damira Asekovna

Applied artist. Born on June 21, 1963, in the city of Frunze. From 1985 to 1988, she worked at the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR as a master performer. In 1988-1989, she studied at the Lviv State Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts. In 1995, she opened a private company "AK" for the production of souvenirs.

In the images and style of Kasabolotova's works, modernity and archaic elements are fruitfully combined, where the realities of our life are expressed in a rich, straightforward language of naïveté.

Since 1997, she has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in republican exhibitions. The artist's works are housed in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev and in private collections.
