
Lysenko Tatyana Alexandrovna
Applied artist. Born on April 9, 1944, in the city of Jalal-Abad, Kyrgyz SSR. In 1968, she graduated from the decorative design department of the Frunze Art School. In 1968, she became a designer for the Orgtechstroy of the Ministry of Construction in Tallinn, Estonian SSR. In 1974, she graduated from the textile department of the State Art Institute in Tallinn, Estonian SSR. Since 1974, she has been with the association of folk arts and crafts "Kyial" in Frunze, Kyrgyz SSR. Since 1976, she worked in the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Since 1988, she has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In Tatyana Lysenko's work, national themes are consistently developed. In her works created in the technique of tapestry, there is a tendency to enhance the imagery and narrative aspects as well as the formal-expressive side.
Participant in republican, all-union, and international exhibitions. The artist's works are held in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G.Aityev, as well as in private collections in the CIS countries and abroad.
