Graphic artist. Painter. Born on July 29, 1936, in the village of Troitskiye Roslyai, Sosnovsky District, Voronezh Region, RSFSR.

In 1957, he graduated from the Riga Art School named after Rozentals, and in 1965, he graduated from the Faculty of Artistic Design of Printed Products at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute.

He worked as a designer at the Riga Order of Lenin Electromechanical Plant, an artist for the newspaper "Soviet Youth" at the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Latvia, an art editor for the magazine "Science and Technology" in Riga, and head of the illustration department for the newspaper "Soviet Latvia." Since 1966, he worked as the chief artist of Glavpoligrafizdat of the Ministry of Culture of the Kyrgyz SSR and as an art editor for the publishing houses "Mektep" and "Kyrgyzstan." Since 1976, he has been the chief artist of the Art Fund of the Kyrgyz SSR.

He works extensively and fruitfully in book graphics. In easel graphics, A. Misyurev mainly works on thematic series using techniques such as linocut, lithography, watercolor, and drawing, which he masters skillfully.

He was awarded the Silver Medal and the Bronze Medal of VDNH USSR for the triptych "In Those Difficult Years."

Since 1970, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
