(1936-1990)
Sculptor. Born on January 13, 1936, in the Bayrak collective farm of the Kemin district in the Chui region. In 1959, he graduated from the Frunze Art School, and in 1964 from the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov. He taught at the Frunze Art School.

He worked in the field of easel and monumental sculpture. He is the author of sculptural portraits and compositions made from various materials (metal, wood, chamotte, plastic). Mukhutdinov's heroes are figures of Kyrgyz science and culture, workers, and collective farmers. He created a number of monuments to those who fell in the Great Patriotic War, which are installed in various districts of the republic. He participated in republican exhibitions. His works are held in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev.
