
Osmonalieva Roza
Applied artist. Born on January 27, 1965. In 1984, she graduated from the S.L. Chuykov Kyrgyz State Art College. Since 1984, she has been an artist at the Union of Folk Art Crafts "Kiyal." Since 1986, she has been a costume painting artist at the A. Maldybaev Kyrgyz National Opera and Ballet Theater. In 1992, she graduated from the Almaty State Theater and Art Institute, Faculty of Applied Arts. Since 1997, she has been a decorator at the Kyrgyz State Academic Drama Theater, and later a lecturer at the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport, and Architecture.
Since 1991, she has been a member of the Youth Section of the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan. Since 1999, she has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The artist works in traditional forms and techniques of folk applied art, enriching the ancient tradition with new compositional explorations and color solutions, using new modern materials. She is a participant in republican and international exhibitions.
