Parfenov Alexander Vasilievich
Painter. Born on May 1, 1948, in the city of Frunze. In 1974, he graduated from the Frunze Art College.
From 1975 to 1981 - head of the sector at the Central Design and Technological Bureau of the Ministry of Light Industry, from 1981 to 1987 - artist-designer, electrical workshops of the Ministry of Communications.
Since 2005 - member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in republican exhibitions.
