Toktobekov Melis Imanbaevich
Painter. Born in 1950 in the village of Konur-Olen, Ton District, Issyk-Kul Region. In 1975, he graduated from the Frunze Art School.
Since 1991, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. Participant in republican and all-Union exhibitions.
