Sculptor. Born on May 31, 1935, in the city of Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai. In 1964, he graduated from the Moscow Higher Artistic and Industrial School (formerly Stroganov School). Lives in the city of Osh.

Since 1974 - a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

He works in easel and monumental sculpture. Actively participates in creating the aesthetic environment in cities and villages of Kyrgyzstan. In his easel work, he prefers to focus on portraiture, using materials such as stone, wood, and metal.

Participant in republican, all-Union, and international exhibitions. Kheidze's works are kept in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev.
