Makeup artist. Born on May 1, 1927, in the city of Bobruisk. After completing 8 grades of secondary school, she became an apprentice in the makeup workshop of the Bobruisk Russian Drama Theater. From 1947, she headed the makeup workshop at the Minsk Musical Comedy Theater, the Daugavpils Russian Drama Theater, and the Frunze Russian Drama Theater named after N.K. Krupskaya.

As a makeup artist, V. Belyakova has been working at the "Kyrgyzfilm" studio since 1956. She participated in the creation of feature films such as "My Mistake" (1957) by I. Kobyzyev, "The Legend of the Icy Heart" (1957) by E. Shenge­liya and L. Sakharov, "Toktogul" (1959) by V. Nemolyaev, "Heat" (1963) by L. Shepitko, "Dzhura" (1964) by A. Bergunker, "The First Teacher" (1965) by A. Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky, "Everyone Has Their Own Path" (1967) by M. Kovalev, "Maternal Field" (1967) by G. Bazarov, "Bow to the Fire" (1972) by T. Okeev, "By the Old Mill" (1972), "Smile on Stone" (1974) by U. Ibragimov, "The Eye of the Needle" (1976) by G. Bazarov, and documentary films such as "Ballerina Beyshenalieva" (1962) and "A Tale of Art" (1974). From 1967 to 1969, she was a makeup artist for Uzbek films "Sons of the Fatherland" by L. Faiziev, "In Love" by E. Ishmukhamedov, and "Extraordinary Commissioner" by A. Khамraev.

Member of the USSR Union of Cinematographers since 1961.
