Organizer of film production. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1959. Born on January 7, 1930, in the city of Przhevalsk in the family of a civil servant. After graduating from a seven-year school in 1944, she entered a pedagogical college. From September 1947 to December 1950, she worked as a primary school teacher in a secondary school in Lviv, a Russian language and literature teacher in the rural Ken-Aral secondary school (Kyrgyz SSR), and a senior pioneer leader in a secondary school in Frunze.

In 1949, she enrolled in the correspondence department of the Kyrgyz Pedagogical Institute. In December 1950, she was elected to the Proletarian District Committee of the Komsomol of Kyrgyzstan and headed the department for school youth and pioneers. From March 1952 to August 1953, she served as an instructor in the department for school youth and pioneers of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Kyrgyzstan. From September 1953 to July 1956, she was a student at the Leningrad Higher School of Trade Union Movement. From 1955 to 1957, she completed her higher education by correspondence at the Faculty of Philology of KGU. From August 1956 to September 1963, she held positions as the head of the club in the village of Chiganak and director of the House of Culture of the Novo-Kemerovo Chemical Plant.

In late 1963, Sanarova entered the film distribution and filmification system. Until March 1965, she worked in Kemerovo as the deputy manager of the regional film distribution office, and then until April 1967 as the deputy head of the regional filmification department. After returning to Frunze, she worked as a methodologist-compilator for children's film programs at Kyrgyzfilm, and then for eight months headed the republican methodological council of Kyrgyzprof.

Since November 1968, Sanarova has been leading the Kyrgyz branch of the Bureau for the Propagation of Soviet Cinematic Art.

Sanarova's organizational work is diverse. She wrote scripts for film evenings dedicated to the 100th anniversary of V. I. Lenin's birth, the 50th anniversary of the Kyrgyz SSR, and the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan. Under her leadership, creative meetings of actors and directors, creative reports of film studios to audiences, and premieres of documentary and feature films were systematically held. Thanks to Sanarova's great energy, 72 permanently operating film lectures appeared in the republic. It is no coincidence that in 1978 and 1979, the Kyrgyz branch won first place in the All-Union socialist competition among republican and regional branches of the BPSK. It was also awarded first place and the transitional cup of the Union of Cinematographers of the USSR in the All-Union review-competition of cultural institutions for work in rural areas.
