
Adambekov Dokturbek Adambekovich
Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Full Member of the Russian Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences.
Born in 1955. Graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute in 1977. From 1995 to 2000, he served as a deputy in the Legislative Assembly of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, he is the head of the Department of Microbiology at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy and the Rector of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy.
A leading specialist in the field of immunology, microbiology, and human ecology. His research focuses on the immunology of infectious processes, the immunology of bacterial infections, the immunological status of tuberculosis patients, and the diagnosis of purulent-septic diseases.
Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of the Kyrgyz SSR in the field of science and technology. Under his guidance, 3 doctoral and 11 candidate dissertations have been defended.
He has published 150 scientific works, including 4 monographs, 4 textbooks and teaching aids, and is the author of more than 15 inventions.
