Born in 1944. Graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1973.

Field of activity - information systems, metrology, and instrument engineering.

A recognized scientist in the field of scientific instrument engineering, author of a number of original engineering developments of electro-acoustic devices. He is one of the few specialists actively working at the intersection of earth sciences, instrument engineering, information systems, and the development of methods and means for quality control of rocks, building materials, and geological environment monitoring. The autonomous portable quality control devices for natural stone he created, which have been implemented in enterprises across the republic, have demonstrated high efficiency.

More than 150 scientific works published, author of 5 inventions.
