Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, Academician, Member of the International Academy of Informatization.
Born in 1937. Graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1961.
Currently works as the head of the Department of "Information Systems in Economics" at the Kyrgyz Technical University.
Specialist in the field of artificial intelligence systems development, expert systems, systems analysis, databases, information systems design, CASE technologies, computer graphics, and ERP systems. Proficient in several programming languages.
Awarded Honorary Certificates from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR and the Ministry of Education of the USSR.
Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chairman of the Expert Council on Management, Automation, and Informatics, Member of the Expert Council on Machine Engineering, Energy, Construction, and Mechanization.
Published over 160 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 5 textbooks, and is the author of 3 inventions. He has prepared 6 candidates of technical sciences and supervises the work of another 7 graduate students and candidates.
