Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Full Member of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Born in 1948. Graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute of Communications named after M.A. Bonch-Bruevich in 1970.
Currently works at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, heading the Department of "Communication Networks and Communication Systems." Since 2008, he has been the Chief Scientific Secretary and Deputy Chairman of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He is a leading specialist in the field of computer science and computer engineering, having made significant contributions to the development of computing technology. He developed a structural-parameter method for the development and design of highly reliable computer information processing systems.
His scientific research focuses on the reliability of various memory devices of computing machines.
He has developed a general methodology for studying the reliability of various types of memory devices, justified criteria for assessing their reliability, and explored issues related to the creation of promising means for storing digital optical information, as well as the structural organization of holographic memory devices with movable information carriers.
State Advisor of the 3rd class, Deputy Chairman - Chief Scientific Secretary of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
For his significant contribution to the development of science and education in Kyrgyzstan and the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, he has been awarded the title of "Honored Worker of Education," and has received anniversary medals "Manas-KOOO," "Osh-ZOOO," "Kyrgyz Republic - 10 years," the "Astana" medal of Kazakhstan, a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the badge "Excellence in Public Education."
He has published over 100 scientific publications, including 5 scientific monographs, 30 methodological manuals, and is the author of 2 inventions. Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
