
Gabitov Valery Khasanovich
Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic. Born in 1948. In 1973, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute.
He organized the Kyrgyz branch of experimental and clinical lymphology of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, and together with the Institute of Plastination (Germany), he established the Plastination Center and the Plastination Museum at the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy of KGMA.
Currently, he works as the Deputy Director for Science at the Scientific Center for Reconstructive and Restorative Surgery under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He is a specialist in the field of morphology (human anatomy) and experimental surgery.
Under the guidance of V.K. Gabitov, more than 30 candidate and 4 doctoral dissertations have been defended.
Approximately 250 scientific works have been published, including 14 monographs and more than 12 educational and methodological manuals, and he is the author of 16 inventions.

4. Method for draining the retroperitoneal space in acute destructive pancreatitis. Preliminary patent of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 221, 1999.
5. Method for treating tuberculosis of the central nervous system. Preliminary patent of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 396, 2000.
