
Glazunov Vladimir Ivanovich
Candidate of Technical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Distinguished Educator of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Born in 1940. Graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1964.
Currently, he is an associate professor at the Department of "Traffic Organization and Safety" of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
A prominent specialist engaged in improving the economic and toxic performance of automotive engines through methods of automatic temperature correction of the mixture composition in hot climate and high-altitude conditions in the Central Asian region. His research activities are dedicated to the problems of improving the operational efficiency of automotive transport in hot climate and high-altitude conditions: enhancing the economic and environmental performance of automotive engines through automatic temperature and altitude correction of the mixture composition; reducing the level and predicting possible road traffic accidents in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Awarded medals from the VDNH of the USSR, certificates from the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture. For many years, he was a member of the Republican section "Atmosphere Protection".
Published 130 scientific works, over 20 educational and methodological developments, 2 monographs, and is the author of 6 inventions.
