Dzhamanbaev Zhenis Anarkulovich
Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor. Born in 1946. In 1967, he graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Kyrgyz State University. Currently, he works as a senior researcher in the Laboratory of Bioorganic Chemistry at the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He is a specialist in the field of organic chemistry, carbohydrate chemistry, and the chemistry of natural compounds. His work is dedicated to the study of the reactivity of carbohydrates and their derivatives, investigating the theoretical foundations of the activation of the glycosidic center of monosaccharides and glycosylureas. He is developing a scientific direction on the structural-chemical modification of physiologically active compounds by introducing carbohydrates into their structure through N-glycosylamide bonds.
He has been awarded the "Winner of Social Competition" badge for the years 1978 and 1980, certificates, the medal "For Valorous Labor. In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of V.I. Lenin," and the "Inventor of the USSR" badge.
He has published over 200 articles, including 2 monographs. He is the author of 18 inventions, 10 of which have been implemented at the Shostka Chemical Reagents Plant.
