Born in 1933. Graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1957.

Worked as a senior engineer at the Institute of Nuclear Physics, head of a group at the Institute of Energy and Automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, deputy director for science at the All-Union Institute of Comprehensive Automation of Melioration Systems, deputy head of the science and educational institutions department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, rector of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, first deputy minister of education of Kyrgyzstan, head of the information department of the State Committee for Science and New Technologies.

Conducted research in two scientific areas related to the reliability of technical systems and devices. The first is associated with the justified selection of a complex of technical means for control systems of flexible automated systems, taking into account technical characteristics, primarily - reliability. The second is dedicated to the development of methods for assessing the reliability of electronic equipment products against a complex of external factors of various combinations and intensities.

For fruitful work, he has been awarded orders and certificates of honor from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Published over 100 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 8 textbooks and teaching aids, and is the author of 14 inventions.

3. Device for measuring the zenith angle. Patent No. 1448035, 1988.
