Born in 1951. Graduated from Leningrad Engineering and Construction Institute.

Specialization - water supply and wastewater disposal.

Currently works as the head of the production and operational management of "Bishkekvodokanal".

Awarded the Governmental Commemorative Medal "Manas-1000" (1995), "Certificate of Honor of the Kyrgyz Republic" (19%).

Holds the honorary title "Honored Worker of the Service Sector of the Kyrgyz Republic" (2006).
